A.G. Spalding & Bros BRFT253 Fountain Pen - Medium Nib - Silver Body

I recently purchased this pen in Oct 2010, about one week use. Love the ability and the participation on reviews here at Jet Pens. Fit and finish of this pen is very good. Wrote with some scratch and hesitation for first twenty minutes, then settled down to a extra wide medium line. Too wide for my work, so I am ordering a fine point. The fit of the blind cap is not tight enough to be waterproof to make the pen into an eyedropper, which would be ideal, given the huge volume of the pen body. I am going to try a super glue seal, and will report on this. Overall, a very good pen for the money. I will ask Jet Pens to not send my parcel signed receipt, as it took me two weeks to get to the post office! Thx.

This fountain pen looks good, but it doesn't look as professional as all the other fountain pens, probably because of the cap.
