For fountain pen users,...
For fountain pen users, the CD15 is an excellent and affordable alternative to the hugely expensive moleskine-style notebooks by Rhodia, et al. At only 1/8" think, the CD15 is thin and floppy, but not in a way that feels cheap or like it will fall apart from reasonable use. It will easily fit into even the most crowded backpacks and laptop cases. For people who want a thicker notebook of almost-equal quality there is the Apica 6A10 Basic, though you won't be able to get it through JetPens (yet, hopefully).

As for the paper's performance with fountain pens, you can find several great reviews through Google and YouTube, but in my experience limited to a wet-ish Lamy Safari F I've had absolutely no issues with bleeding or feathering so far, including some of the wetter inks that I've consistently had trouble with on lower-quality papers. That said, I don't have any of the particularly notorious inks to test with, so YMMV.

The only reason I gave 4/5 stars (and, really, it's more like 4.8/5), is that the paper is so smooth that I've had issues using normal pens with the CD15. Sub-0.5mm gel pens work just fine, but any broader and you'll soon find your pen sliding around the paper like a first-time ice skater. Ballpoints were even worse; some wouldn't write at all. Some people might like the ultra-smoothness, but for me it just brought up flashbacks of pre-school writing frustration.
