I love this brush tip pen. I have used mine for a couple months now with NO FRAYING. It delivers clean lines, works great with my Copic Markers and reacts appropriately to light and medium pressure (lighter thinner lines and then a bit thicker and heavier lines). I do not know what kind of pressure previous reviewers were putting on this product... I can only think that they had very heavy hands. I like this so much that I would like one in every color.

Not loving this pen and unsure if I would buy again. Cap on both my Copic Multiliners posts very loosely and I'm afraid I will lose it. Brush is too flexible for my tastes and has started to fray much sooner that I would have liked. On the good side, I like the ink color and how well it flows.

Good solid brush pen. The ink is a little lighter that the Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen - Twin Tip - Gray & Black Ink, but it is plenty dark if you don't compare them. I haven't refilled this pen yet but so far it is holding up quite nicely. It has good line variance and the tip is still sharp after several drawings.

This pen has a beautiful black ink. But, for brush lettering I'm having a tough time getting the transition from downstrokes to upstrokes to look smooth. I am sure over time I could get better, but it's not my favorite pen for lettering.

I bought this pen at a local art store (for about three dollars more), and the only reason I still have it is as a warning for others. Don't get this! There are so, so many better brush pens. This started fraying for me immediately and even before that the tip is weirdly floppy and difficult to control. The ink is smeary on smooth paper and too dry on rough paper, and it's only marker-proof about 70% of the time. You can colour over it in greyscale, but it starts smudging under something like a peach or pink. I also found that the pigment lifts badly if you erase over it. Just go to the Jetpens brush-pen section and pick something, anything else.
