Very happy with this ink. I've had it appear very dark in a wet nib on a not so absorbent paper (Rhodia, et al) without losing it's greenness for the observant eye, through to a luscious forest green through a slightly drier nib on a more absorbent, less expensive paper. Flex nibs shade beautifully between the extremes.

Performance on lower quality papers has been fantastic for me, well behaved with no real line spreading, feathering or bleedthrough experienced.

Would happily recommend for lovers of green looking for something a little more restrained, or something that could be used in an office environment or wherever a typical colour would be a traditional blue or black.

Deep, dark green! Very rich color, it looks fantastic on ivory (and white) paper! I put this ink in my Lamy Studio (fine nib) and noticed shading from dark green to almost black. I'm really happy with the color and quality of this Diamine ink.

A delightfully restrained and sophisticated shade of green, identical in hue to the green on the back of the American Dollar. I use different colored inks in my journals to quickly identify different types of data, and I prefer the more subdued colors. This shade of green looks absolutely classic on the ivory colored pages of my Moleskines, without leaping off the page like a neon boutique or "clown" color. If you're looking for a green ink that hints of taste and sophistication, this shade will cover it nicely. Diamine inks are wonderful performers, and this Green/Black blend is no exception.

So black it's hard to see the green, but a real pleasure when you do.

I really like the flow of this ink, it flows very well and works great in all of my pens. My pens are not high dollar or special pens. They are run of the mill regular guy pens. I have a Platinum preppy, and a Safari that I write with every day. This ink works great in both of these pens. It flows well, and dries pretty quick. I write about a dozen work orders a day, along with signing my name about a gazillion times and this ink works well for what I do with it. It does feather on the cheap Costco paper I use and does have some bleed through on the other paper I use daily. Overall I really like this ink, it has a great color to it that stands out on the paper. I blend it with private reserve blue-black and the color shift in sunlight is pretty amazing.
