I prefer the fine points over Fisher's mediums. They write better and produce a sharper line with less skipping.

The fine point refill is a better choice for the Fisher Space Pen, since the medium point that comes with the pen tends to be messy and leave globs of ink on the paper. This is an excellent product and I haven't had any issues since I've been using it.

Great refill. Definitely a finer point than the medium point my pen initially came with. Bought it to use with 5mm graph paper and it's perfect. Thumbs up!

Good smoothness so far. I have used the blue ink in fine point and happy with it. I also use the black medium point refill in several of my compatible Non-Fisher pens. They give a small plastic adapter for the refill so that I can put it in my Parker pen. I sometimes write with pen pointing tip down but usually I'm writing upside down and this refill allows it. My other regular, gravity-operated pens can't do this ! I'm satisfied so far...
