Cute, silly novelty. That's why I bought it. Unfortunately, it didn't really work for me. Too much pressure and the nib stops moving. Not enough pressure and it doesn't erase. Save your money--I wish I had.

There has been some mixed reviews here so I've been skeptical into buying this. It does its job but you have to keep even pressure or else the motor will struggle and stop. It's very loud so I wouldn't use it during tests or in class.

This is a tool for those times when you want to take it easy since it doesn't really speed up the erasing process.

Overall, it's a nice thing to have. Not really necessary, though.

Yes, I know about this eraser because my mother is Japanese. This eraser is quite good, even though in the Japanese market, there are more better quality ones. Anyway, it is a good eraser. At since this is the only electric eraser that JetPens sells, I will have to say that it is the best one that JetPens sells.
