A fun, but light color. Like other J. Herbin inks I've tried, it washes out of pens well, flows well, but can be a bit feathery. Even on fountain pen friendly papers like Clairefontaine and Rhodia. This ink would be fun to put in a refillable brush pen to use as a highlighter. Using a fine-nibbed pen or smaller makes for nearly illegible writing. I ended up using mine more for art than actual writing.
