Tested with a Tachikawa...

Tested with a Tachikawa G and a Brause Bandzug on bristol board. From the swatch, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the color. It turned out to be just what I was looking for, like a Prussian/ midnight blue. One thing you definitely can't see from the swatch is that at the right angle this ink shimmers with a reddish/ magenta sheen. It was a pleasant surprise. The description is correct. The adhesion and flow are very nice. The ink seemed to hang tight to the pen but just flowed, not too much though. A broad edged nib also lays down this ink nicely. It did take a little to clean up my Brause nib, but the pauses might have been too long. I like it.

Beautiful calligraphy...

Beautiful calligraphy ink, dries to a true deep blue. As a beginner a litle heavy handed, so it is probably lighter for those of you who lack my death grip.

Flows so wonderfully. Used the Tachi and Nikko G nibs, which seem to behave the very best for me. Will be getting more of these colors.
