Give your favorite gel or roller ball refill a shiny new home in this unique, high-quality metal pen body, designed and machined by Karas Kustoms right here in the USA.

One black 0.5 mm Pilot G-2 refill is included. The pen was designed to use the ever-popular Pilot G-2 refill, and it can also be used with a wide range of similarly sized gel and roller ball refills. A full list of compatible refills can be found under Recommended Refills/Parts. The pen includes a length of plastic tubing that can be used to make custom length spacers for other refills not normally compatible with the pen. The box may differ from the one pictured.

This pen is machined from solid aluminum. Its anodized finish will stay shiny without any need for polishing.

Make sure you do not throw away the box without removing the plastic tubing spacer that is tucked into the inside fold of the box.

I first purchased the Bolt style Karas pen, and love it. I purchased this one assuming it would be an equally great pen. While it is equally well made, it is not a pleasure to write with. To me, the weight seems to be off balance. The cap cannot be posted on to the end of the pen when writing, which I thoroughly dislike. I want the cap attached, not put down somewhere and possibly lost. I am disappointed with this item.

I have two of these pens: (1) Green Al, (1) Brown Al. I also have the Fountian K in Silver Al, and Black Al. This is a total of four pens of the K series.

Unlike the other poster, I have no problem posting with these four pens. However, the Karas Kustoms Ink, will not post; I returned this pen as a result. Perhaps it was the Ink, not the K, that the other reviewer stated would not post.

This is a great pen, and my go to pen for fountain or felt tip applications. I prefer the copper tip, as this gives it a bit more forward weight that I like, especially when posted.
