This roller ball pen joins the rest of the Kaweco AL Sport line at JetPens. The sporty and compact look of these pens transcend time and are just as attractive today as they were when they were first created years ago.

Each pen is made of solid high-quality aluminum. The high-gloss raw aluminum surface is designed to be soft, so that over time your pen acquires a worn look unique to you. A metal Kaweco logo decorates the cap. The smooth ink glides across the paper, and won't dry out even if the pen is left uncapped.

The pen comes with a tin gift box.

A great in your pocket everyday pen.

One of my all-time favorite pens. At the time I purchased mine it wasn't available from JetPens, but so glad it has arrived! And the price is extremely fair in comparison to other pen retailers.

This pen takes the same Schmidt roller ball refill as the Retro 51 Tornado which garners rave reviews from nearly everyone that uses it.

The pen is small and pocketable, but definitely grabs attention when you take it out for use. Being the "raw aluminum" finish, the pen will scratch over time, but the shiny and polished coating is something to behold for sure.

Can't recommend this pen enough.
I give this pen five...

I give this pen five stars for it's ergonomics and precision construction, but the aluminum they use is much softer than I've encountered in other aluminum pens, so it scratches and dings easily. It's not a problem in terms of function, but it means this super shiny pocket pen will quickly pick up an uneven finish. Because it is made of soft material, it can be either roughed up easily to dull the brightness and hide scratches (I use ScotchBright) or polished back to a luster. Still, I would have like to have seen it made of better aluminum stock.
