I'm giving this inexpensive little notebook 5 stars. The paper is beautiful.
Since first opening it a week ago, I've used Levenger Greystoke ink with a
Jinhao medium demonstrator, a Kaweco F with Diamine Shimmering sands, an Italix
Churchman's Prescriptor with a broad Italic Oblique nib. I've also used Color
Box pigment stamp in in Black, Tim Holtz Distress Stains, and Faber-Castell
Gelatos. I've had no bleed-through with any of these applications. Writing in it
is a dream. I did have some skipping when using the Kaweco, but I've been unable
to do it again: I put it down to "gremlins". Since I add lots of ephemera,
stickers, and photos in my journals, time will tell how the binding holds. t
would be perfect if it had a sewn-in binding but it still deserves 5 stars.
