May 10, 2011
I was a little disappointed when it arrived.
It's greener than it appears in the pictures. I was expecting taupe/khaki-ish.
It's definitely green.
It's also bulkier than I expected and seemed kind of low-qual.
That said, I've grown to love this pencil case. Fits all my stuff, but can be
wedged into convenient nooks in bags. It's surprisingly sturdy, has held up
perfectly well until!
It was stolen today! Guess that says something about its coolness. I'm back for
another.

Love this pencil case. It has served me for about 3 years now, and hopefully I
can retire it by buying another one from Jetpens.
The penci lcase itself, when unzipped, is a nice tray that holds quite a few
pens and mechanical pencils, a rubber and highlighter. When filled up, it takes
a little bit of effort and some clever rearranging to ensure that the pencil
case zips shut nicely, otherwise there'll be bumps protruding.
The zip eventually broke on my one, but this is after 2 and a half years, which
is a very good run for any pencil case.

this kind of pencil bag is really usefull. I used to carry lots and lots of pens

I agree on the love for this case. I'm hoping the other colours restock soon so
I can justify getting another one... or two... or more.
When the case is full, it maintains the nice-looking box shape when zipped,
which is a great shape for tossing into a big bag then finding easily. Open on
the desk, it forms an adequate little tray, though of course I have to dig
around to find the pens on the bottom. The dark outside fabric looks like it
will hold up to dirt fairly well.
12 "regular size" pens, three broad Copic sketch markers, and three cases of
pencil leads is getting close to the limit of what will comfortably zip up
inside, though I could probably fit a couple more slender pens and probably some
little erasers in there too if I'm feeling motivated. I haven't had time yet to
put this through my usual harsh treatment of my pretty things (I'm hard on bags
of all sorts), but this pretty thing is so perfect for my needs, I'll probably
be very careful with it.
Aesthetically, the design just makes me happy to draw.

Wow... I love this pencil case. This beauty is replacing a coated-canvas
Burberry pencil case I\'ve had (and loved) for years. I love this case [more]
because it holds so much and still looks so small! It really DOES lay flat like
a tray when it has a few things in it and I have been able to fit a ton of stuff
in it and still zip it all the way up and it STILL retains its groovy shape.
LOVE and want more...

Very nice case that does box out when opened and closes compactly. This case
holds a numerous amount of my pens and it just looks "interesting".

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Navy + Light Blue
I have the Navy+Light Blue model. It's very sharp looking with a pleasing colour
combination. It can hold a decent amount of supplies and zips up into a nice
square shaped rectangle. Recommended.

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Navy + Light Blue
This case holds just the right amount of pens so that I can have several colors
and widths to take notes for school as well as a few highlighters. And no matter
where I sit down and open it up, people compliment me on it. Thanks for carrying
this it's awesome!

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Navy + Light Blue
I love the khaki version of this to pieces and hope the blue restocks soon so I
can get one of each and colour-code what I keep in each (maybe brush pens in
khaki, pencils and leads and erasers in blue, mechanical pens in the pink and
grey?). When the case is full, it maintains the nice-looking box shape when
zipped, which is a great shape for tossing into a big bag then finding easily.
Open on the desk, it forms an adequate little tray, though of course I have to

Cute and innovative design, not to mention very functional! For me, it holds two
pencils, the boxy eraser, a lead case, a pen, a sharpie, eight color pens, AND a
small pair of scissors. It's not too bulky and fits nicely in my book bag. This
navy blue color doesn't seem like it will get dirty very easily. Love it!

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Light Gray + Pink
the best pencil case i've had so far!
it's very comfortable to carry around and super cute
and it's so cute everyone asks "whered you get that pencil case?!?!"
the only problem was it got dirty in like a week. x)
but i just used stain remover to take of the really grimy parts and it worked
out fine.

Love the style and size it actually seems quite roomy to me. My only concern is
the light color getting stained overtime, but I couldn't resist the color
combination!

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Light Gray + Pink
One of the best pencil cases ever! So cute, and it holds a lot for it's size.
The way it opens up to a tray is great. You can see all your pens/pencils
without having to dig around. I have 3 lead packs, 2 block erasers, a Kadokeshi
(small), lip balm, a panda Iwako eraser, a mono one, and 13 pens/pencils (a mix
of skinny and wide barreled ones) and it's still easy to zipper up.

Good looking pencil case,...,

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Light Gray + Pink
Good looking pencil case, just as the pic shows. Everything goes well with it,
except this case isn't that large. When it open, it looks like very big, but
when you close with the pens, it's not very large.
The light grey is like white and the case needs careful use.
The price from jetpens is higher than other international sellers ( in some
places, this case is about $9-10, but consider the postage fee and the days I
can use it , I brought it here.
Hope jetpens could provide more nice ,cute, functional cases ~

Kokuyo C2 Tray Type Pencil Case - Navy + Light Blue
I bought the navy one (to match my navy Nomadic Wise-Walker A4 bag!). Since most
of us are pen snobs, you understand why I want to have my best writing equipment
with me. This pencil case is deceptively large. It's not as big as my Nomadic
PE-08 Easy Classification Pencil Case (which is ridiculously huge), but it
holds:
1 Westcott mini stainless steel ruler, Dr. Grip 4+1 pen, 1 Olno Tombow
mechanical pencil, 3 EssentiSoft highlighters, 1 kuro toga pencil, 4 clicky
Frixion pens, 1 kuro toga pencil lead cylinder, a black Boxy eraser, 1
Livescribe Sky Wifi pen, a pen refill, 2 Pentel Wow! pens (I like the shiny
purple ones), 2 hair barrettes and hair ties, and a thumb drive. I could
probably shove something else in there, but it would make it hard to zip.
Yes, you can get pencil cases that hold more than that, but this one is square,
and it makes people go, "Wow! It's a tray and it's square!" The only downside is
that I like to put my pencil cases in the mesh pockets on the outside of my
Nomadic bag, but this one doesn't fit as well as my old Raymay double zipper
case (probably because it's a square and not cylindrical). I end up snapping it
around the strap of the bag or carrying it separately, which is a pain in the
rear. If I had a different bag for school, I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue.
If you're on the fence about this case, I would recommend it to you. You can
see everything you could possibly use, and it's clever to boot.

Can hold a good bit and keeps its prism shape: 3 Preppys, 1 Platinum, 1 Space
