I loved my purple Slim Adapt binder so much that I bought a few more in some
other colors, to color-coordinate my notebooks with class subjects.
Yes, this is an expensive notebook, but the old saying that you get what you pay
for applies here. The slide mechanism is one of those things that has you
wondering why no one ever thought of it before, and the covers, while floppy,
are still made of thick plastic that won't get destroyed easily. Unlike other
poly-type binders, this one lies perfectly flat when you open it on your desk,
like a standard American binder.
The pockets are of a really thick material and can hold several documents with
ease, or they're plenty strong enough to hold A4 notepads.
My only nit to pick is that the color doesn't look as professional, cool and
elegant as the purple binder. I think it's the saturation of color that the
purple binder has that the others don't. For college, this funky blue is
perfectly fine. When I go corporate, though, I'll be wearing out the purple
binder. If Kokuyo ever makes the other colors in richer shades, I'll be buying
