I was hesitant to buy these because of the price. After using them for a few days. . . you know what? I think they are worth it. The light weight and slender size is ideal for my purposes. The mechanism works well, the plastic is high quality, the folders on the inside of the covers seem sturdy, and the colours are true to what my (uncalibrated) monitor showed me on the website. My favourite thing so far is that these binders are a touch wider than they strictly have to be to accommodate A4 - which means that my flags sit nicely inside the binder and don't stick out or get caught. It's not a huge detail, but that's what these no-fuss binders are about - simple, high quality, and well thought out. (Gosh, how much can you say about a binder, eh?)

FWI, mine hold a hundred pages of standard weight printer/copier paper easily and I've got 150 in a few with no signs of the closure failing (though I don't recommend quite this many, it is a bit stuffed). Oh, and the campus logo on the spine is a sticker. If one were to remove it, there would be no branding or marks at all on the binder save the white metal dots that affix the mechanism to the spine -- perfect for those who like a clean look.

All in all, 10/10. Are they pricey for a slender plastic binder? Yup. Would I buy them again? Absolutely.

SUPER!! The only thing...

SUPER!! The only thing I don't like is that it only holds 75 sheets or so, but the A4 sizes are longer than average sheets so it's ok. I still love them! Sturdy and functional. They don't hold a ton of paper, if you push it, the pages will get snagged as you turn them. But they are thin and easy to carry in a backpack, especially if you have a lot of classes. I re-write my class notes and stick them in this binder, best idea yet! I have two of them and I'm buying two more for lab!!
