This silky-smooth "Sarasara" paper is subtly printed with a unique layout: a dot grid with horizontal lines running through the dots. With this paper, it is suddenly easier to write organized evenly-spaced notes and to neatly align all those triangles and cubes on your geometry homework. The paper was developed by observing the note-taking habits of students from Tokyo Daigaku (Tokyo University, or Todai), one of Japan's top universities. As a result, it caters to students' specific needs. And due to the smoothness, pen and pencil tips do not catch while writing. Students, scientists, and anyone else who needs help corralling their notes into organized text and diagrams will find this paper delightful.

The paper is perfect for A5 ring binders such as our Kokuyo Campus Smart Ring binders.

Each page has 28 lines of 6 mm rule. Dimensions: 5.8 x 8.3 inches (14.8 x 21.0 cm).

This paper is so buttery smooth and no bleed through with any of my fountain pens. The dots are also really handing for making lists and whatnot.

I am impressed with the quality of this paper. The dotted format is a cross between lined and dotted paper. The lines are quite feint, with incremental dashes which can be useful for indenting text. The paper is international A5 format, which is a great size for note-taking in meetings, and the corners are nicely rounded. If you use a fountain pen or rollerball, the paper holds up very well. Even with my wettest fountain pen, I didn't see any bleed-through at all, and could easily use the back of the paper. Just be aware of drying time depending on the nib/ink combination you use (I found Iroshizuku Yama-budo works well). The paper is extremely smooth, I suspect it has a coating to make it so smooth (similar to Rhodia paper). I will be ordering more of this paper.

Love the dotted rule so much more than regular rule. My notes look so much better than the jumbled mess they usually are...hope this helps me pass my certification this time! Haha.
