This notebook features very tough, extra thick cardboard covers for durability. It's strong enough to support writing on the go, whether writing on your lap in class or out of the field. Its 7 x 10 inch size is extra wide for Japanese notebooks and is ideal for taking copious notes. Off white pages are easy to tear and labeled with blank date and number headings.

This notebook is amazing....
This notebook is amazing. When I first saw it, I dismissed it for a while thinking it looked "old" and "unattractive", but then I came upon it again at KinoKuniya in Manhattan, and relented. I bought one, took it home, and oh man.. the paper is heavenly. The design grew on me, too. It's just so nice.
