This works as intended on most paper. You have to place more ink on roller after every 3-5 uses.

I was skeptical until I actually used this - it works really well. Try and hold the paper up to a light source to see the original print or text, and you can't make it out after using the Kokuyo Roller. I use this to mask personal info before tossing out documents and its great - I love it.
