I've been using this...
I've been using this for about 6 months now, and it has held up great. The A6 size is perfect for portability and the canvas has taken a decent beating without looking much worse for wear. No broken or loose stitches. Given the price, I was hoping I could get several years worth of use out if it; so far, I think it has a very good chance of doing just that.
I've outfitted it with the default lined notebook in one flap and an additional Kokuyo A6 Buncobon grid notebook in the other flap, and everything fits fine. Although this has a soft cover, I haven't noticed any issues with writing in it while holding it in one hand.
Besides the price, my only real complaint is that there is no pen loop. Using the outside cover pocket really only works for skinnier pens, especially if the system is "full" (like mine is with the two notebooks). Luckily, this is an easy fix. I made my own pen loop with velcro and attached it to the edge of the inside cover, but I have seen aftermarket ones out there too that would work as well.
