Great brush pen for doing caricatures. Nice line variation and decent
durability. When Dixon changed the nib on the thinrite 690 I started looking for
a good replacement pen and this does nicely. It has two brush sizes but the
larger one is working fine so far even for detail work.

Both tips are really sturdy and make fantastic lines. It's a joy to use and
great for inking. The ink is super dark, and it's really easy to control. Love
it =)

Both tips on this pen are very sturdy and don't get bent out of shape. However,
the ink is a bit dry, especially on the medium tip. The fine tip was manageable,
but the medium tip was very dry if I wrote with any sort of speed. Additionally,
the ink is NOT waterproof. If you're looking for a fine-tip sign pen, I would go
with the Zebra one instead.

I totally agree with the two other reviews before me. Unlike most brush pens,
I'm not afraid of destroying the "nib" on this pen. I don't usually like brush
pens for that reason - after a lot of use, it seems like most brush pens get all
bent out of shape. They lose the fineness of the point. Not so with this pen.
I doubt I'll buy another (especially at this price) - but only because it
doesn't fit with my style. If you like brush pens, you really can't go wrong
with this one.

I love this pen. It keeps a very good point, and is wonderful to use. It draws
and writes very smoothly with a consistent line quality, and is very easy to
control. It also offers the convenience of having two different sizes to choose
from on the same pen.

When in use, the points have a somewhat stiff, "spongy" feel and bounce back to
shape after each stroke. It's very easy to use and predictable - meaning line
variation and quality is pretty consistent. The pens are disposable, not
refillable, and the ink is waterproof once dried.
I recently started using this pen exclusively for my book signings - as the
inside cover is slick and smooth. Most pens would either bead up and/or rub off
or seep through the paper. However, this pen is perfect for quick smooth lines
that are dark and permanent - without the leakage!
At the moment, this is my favorite brush pen! The dual points are very
convenient to have on a single pen - reducing my load by a pen or two. So far, I
haven't had any problems with the ink drying out and streaking yet - but this is
something that might differ from pen to pen and type to type. The ink dries fast
and dark, and the overall springy-sponginess of the points really make drawing
with a brush pen much more enjoyable!
