FYI: While this brush pen refill will screw on the barrels of both the Kuretake No. 8 and No. 13 Fountain brush pens, the cap of the No. 8 will not fit tightly over this refill. The brush tip part of the. No 8 has a wider flange at the base and is marked by a silver ring. The No. 13 has a gold ring near the brush tip. Given their price points, it would make more sense to buy an entirely new No. 8 fountain pen and use this refill only for the No. 13.
