Works great, not too wet so should avoid bleed through on most paper, and can easily layer the yellow color as needed. I do not believe it is refillable. The brush end is wonderful for how I use this pen because I use it to draw and 'paint' embellishments on otherwise plain greeting cards. I'm unable to describe how the different highlighter colors work when applied on top of each other because I don't want to risk staining the brush tips with a foreign color.
