No good for fountain pens at all! Bled through with every ink and nib size
combo I tried. Paper feels & looks nice, but if you're writing with fountain
pens, stick with Rhodia dot pads. Too bad Rhodia doesn't have one with rings.

I'm writing with oldskool Pilot razor points, and this pad is the bomb.
I am a dotgrid junkie, and have spent lots of time with Rodia
(paper too slick, no ring binding) and Fabriano (amazing paper,
but pages fall out of the glue binding, and the beautiful covers drink up
whatever oils come in contact).
The paper and ring binding on these are excellent, and the clear plastic
protective cover over the paper cover is a good-looking and practical touch.
I'd still consider Fabrianos taken to Kinko/Fedex for spiral binding with a
protective cover (the paper is that great), but for hassle-free dot-gridding
this is the notebook to get.
