DescriptionSpecificationsQuestions & Answers
Black finish broad fountain pen nib replacements that fit the Lamy Safari, Vista, Al-Star and Joy Calligraphy fountain pens.

Note: Due to manufacturing variances, the replacement nib is not guaranteed to fit perfectly on your Lamy fountain pen. It is not uncommon for replacement nibs to fit more loosely than the original nib. As long as the nib stays on the feed and does not slide off on its own, in most cases it will work properly.

Quality & consistency! I have many Lamy pens, and every nib has been of the same high quality as every other. Not only are they super easy to swap out, but I know what I'm getting every time. The broad nib is a beautiful wet writer, and shows off the shading and sheen of an ink perfectly. I'm sure I will be buying more of these in the future!

I like this nib a little to big to write everyday but if I'm addressing a letter this would be perfect.

Does what it says on the tin: write a broad line. For my taste, a broad ball nib like this is rather unpleasant to write with. I'd rather have a 1.1mm calligraphy nib if I want a bold line. The B ball nib just goes thick and wide, it doesn't really do thin the way a calligraphy nib can.

The nib is not bad to write with, but it is not to my taste.

Extremely smooth. While it's too thick for everyday use, it's perfect for writing big headings, or for whenever you need to write bigger.
