The Mnemosyne Light notebook contains the same high-quality paper we've grown to admire in other Mnemosyne notebooks including the Imagination and Inspiration series. The difference is that the Light series has a coated paper cover rather than a heavier plastic cover, and a simple staple binding instead of spiral binding. It also has fewer pages. As a result, the Light notebook is light indeed and easier to carry around, making it a convenient option for business travelers and others who are on the go.

This notebook contains unruled A4 paper. The sheets are micro perforated for easy removal, and "Title" and "Date/No." spaces appear at the top of each sheet. (A different notebook may appear in the photo that shows a page removed.)

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this paper, it feels like silk. I know, that sounds impossible but the paper is soooo smooth. It makes my rhodia notebooks seem like they have rough paper in comparison. I originally purchased this because I like staplebound notebooks but have a hard time finding large staplebound notebooks with unruled paper. I took a star away because even though the paper quality is unreal do not expect the cover to remain looking as pretty as it does in the picture. I've only had mine for a little less than a week and the cover has scratches that are white and the bottom corners have frayed into white. It doesn't look extremely terrible but it looks beat up for la notebook I've only owned for 5 days that I haven't even written in yet.
