I really love these pens!...

I really love these pens! They are highly dependable for quick colors on my notes and projects at school. They are also great doodling pens. I've posted sample drawings on my instagram: alohadoodle. I like using them on thicker papers because they will bleed through on very thin note papers. The the pens are skinny and short so they fit rather well in my pencil case. I recommend all 18 colors. Just wish they had a yellow.

These are my favorite...

These are my favorite for writing cards to friends or keeping notes differentiated at work. The fine tip delivers a smooth even flow of ink, and holds up over time, wearing down rather than getting bent or fuzzy like other pens. I have these in almost every color and even give them as gifts with nice stationary. They are very slim and classy looking and never seem to fully dry out.
I love the medium teal...

I love the medium teal color of this pen (it's really close to the color of the plastic, perhaps a little brighter), but the pen itself is extremely skinny and lightweight. I find that it encourages me to hold it in a less than ideal way, one which I've been trying to train myself out of, and also to press very hard into the paper just to maintain control of my writing, which I fear will ruin the tip too soon. Otherwise, it's a great little pen and perfect for folks who can do tiny printing or for sketching with a light touch.

The Staedtler Fineliner has a similar color with the same tip size/line width that is more comfortable to hold but also about one inch longer. If you're just trying these out and are used to heavier pens, perhaps try one of each to see which you prefer. Personally, I like the Staedtler Fineliner better.
