Monteverde Ceramic Roller Ball Pen Refill - Red - Pack of 2

I'm continually finding these cartridges too scratchy and putting the pen down. Does Monteverde make this cartridge in a Medium Point? The quality of ink and flow is great, just too scratchy for me...

These refills are FINE POINT and not 0.7's - the ink color is a quality standard blue with good flow, but drags. Super-fast drying time [one second!!!] Great for a left handed writer who likes a fine point and no smear, but too scratchy for my style.
