In a pinch, these refills work in Pilot G Series Pen Bodies (G-2, G-6, etc.)

This refill and the original cart that came in my OHTO Orca were fantastic for about 5 minutes, now they both skip like crazy. I run into this no matter what the paper type...

Really nice rollerball. I love it like I used to love My Tombow before they changed the color of the blue ink from a royal blue to navy.

Only complaint is the cap doesn't like to stay on.

I have given this ink refill a long test, using daily for months. Still hasn't run out and makes a nice dark line. I love, love, love these pens and these refills. I can write really small, like with a finer point pen, but still feel like I have a line that is easily seen.

After trying the 0.5 black, blue, and the 0.4 blue, this refill for the Ohto Ceramic pens is my favorite. The flow is constant and rich, and the color is fantastic. It looks larger than a normal 0.5 pen, but I've learned to love it! The only thing I've noticed is that they run out fairly fast compared to other inks. But it's well worth it!

The Ohto ceramic 0.5 mm is possibly one of my favorite inks. So when I ordered this I expected the same quality, but a slimmer line. However, the ink flow was terribly inconsistent and never worked well. I'm not sure if it was just mine, but I regret going over to a 0.4.
