The ink seems to be a bit thin or light as it goes onto paper. I have the Ohto Tasche Black fountain pen with their standard ink. It goes down on paper light and thin to my understanding. But my experience is limited. This is my first refillable fountain pen. I have only used Pilot Varsity disposable fountain pens before. They push out a lot of ink.

I wonder if I should try a different ink?
