This is my first experience with a fountain pen. I am left handed and found the
a perfect fit. The construction is solid and the ink flows well. I look forward
to finding a pen with a finer nib.

The Pelikan Jr. fountain pen is wonderful! It works everytime, no skips. The
medium nib is great, smooth like butter. Its very comfortable in the hand and
the colors are fun. You can't beat it for a great writing pen and the price is
very reasonable!!

Pelikan P67A Pelikano Junior Fountain Pen - Right-Handed - Blue Body
I enjoy writing with fountain pens and have many of them; so I got these for my
children. These pens are wonderful for children who don't like to write hard,
and also wonderful for teaching children they don't need to write hard. I got
one for my 3 year old hard-writer, and he wasn't ready for it, and bent the nib,
but as far as nibs go, this one handled more abuse than my other pens would
have. I gave him a new one at 6, and he LOVES it! He loves to chose the
different colors of ink too. I'd say this pen is perfect for a child one they
begin learning to write. If you have a child that presses a pen brutally hard,
wait until they begin writing and have the ability to realize that with this pen
they won't need to press so firmly. The rubber grip, with special areas for
proper grip placement, is extremely comfortable. if you want a fountain pen to
last, don't cap the lid on the back or it may stretch over time. I'm learning to
place the lid right in front of me so I don't lose it and cap the pen as soon as
I'm done writing. If you want to cap the end, just place it on lightly but
firmly enough that it doesn't fly off.

Pelikan P67A Pelikano Junior Fountain Pen - Right-Handed - Blue Body
Love it, I am a fountain pen lover and this is the one I grab when my older hand
gets a little stiff and cramped up. This is a nice fat pen with a really
comfortable triangular rubberized grip and even clean ink flow. Wish it had a
pocket clip but you can't have everything. Great bright colors too...buy one
they are inexpensive and they work great

Pelikan P68L Pelikano Junior Fountain Pen - Left-Handed Nib - Red Body
This pen, I've dropped it, I've had to push the nib back in, I've had to take it
apart and clean it out, then let it dry completely, I've refilled it at least 20
times now because I use it every day to take notes in my classes.
The left-handed grip works perfectly, and this nib has been put through
proverbial bootcamp. I've managed to bend the entire thing up by dropping it and
then back again with a paper towel, and it still writes smoothly.
Sure, it's not elegant, or fancy, or a $200 monteblanc, but if you want
something that "takes a licking and keeps on ticking"(or writing, as it may be),
this is the pen to get. And at $11.50, once you do destroy it, it's easily
replaced.

Pen is very good quality. Ink started to flow right away. Came with an extra
long ink cartridge with a funky design drawn on it, perfect for kids. Case feels
solid and durable.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the nib is extremely broad.
That's not so bad for kids used to writing big, but it doesn't help learn
precision.
I also found the grip awkward for my hand. It probably forces you to hold the
pen "just right" and I guess that's technically a good thing, but I've got my
own style and it as difficult to adjust.
I ended up passing it on to my girlfriend's 13yo daughter. As a matter of
coincidence, she'd recently expressed an interest in acquiring a "vee pen" as
she calls them and she was thrilled with it.

I have tried using fountain pens before and never had much luck. I was skeptical
if a left handed nib would make a difference, but wow. No sticking and it fits
your hand! I have smaller hands and it is perfect for an adult too!

This is an absolutely fantastic pen (esp. for the price). Build quality, nib &
ink flow all are excellent. I bought it for my 9 year old. If I'd handled/used
it before the purchase, I would have bought two :)

I really wanted to like this cute thing more. It's clunky and chunky -- and if
that's your thing (and for some people, it is), this is made just for you. I
need a slimmer profile and LIGHTER pen -- this pen weighs nearly three times
what a Pilot 78G does! Insane. And it ultimately makes it harder to write for
a long period of time. 23 grams can make all the difference. Who knew?
I'll stick this in my purse to have a pen when I'm out, but it won't be in my
regular rotation. And if someone sees me use it and loves it... it's theirs.

My children use these and love them. I had to get one too. This one's nice and
translucent. I love it! Unfortunately, mine is blue...also lovely. One of my
children has the yellow...:) It's the happiest one of the bunch. Yes, these pens
look like they are for children, but write so well the adults all got one too,
and we love them. They are smoother than the Lamy Safari medium nibs we use. The
A nib is similar to medium.

I got these for my young children who wanted my pens! The whole family now has
one, and while I don't love the look as much as my nicer looking pens, this one
writes so smoothly, I can't resist using it. The A nib is similar to a medium
nib I use, and while I preferred fine point pens, I find that I've begun to
prefer medium nibbed fountain pens for the smoothness and beauty of the ink and
writing. These are really good for children who are able to write. The price
can't be beat for an easy writing, sturdy fountain pen for a child, and yet the
pen writes nice enough that we adults can use them happily too.

Pelikan P68L Pelikano Junior Fountain Pen - Left-Handed Nib - Blue Body
I bought one of these for each of my two left-handed children as Christmas
gifts. Both have been very well recieved by my kids, who previously coveted my
grownup fountain pens. They especially like the name labels which come with each
pen, and the bright body colors are very friendly. The pen seems nice and stout,
with a satisfying snap of the cap. The ink (I purchased a selection of colors in
the short cartridges, which they enjoy changing often) is reliably wet and ready
to go, and the nib, while not overly flexy, is not so stiff as to be scratchy,
either. What a happy thought that children can appreciate something so low-tech
as a fountain pen. My daughter insisted on getting one of these to give her best
friend for her birthday, so I know she really thinks a lot of it. I have no idea
what makes this a left-handed pen, but neither child has had any problems with
smudging, so whatever it is, it's working. I'd call this a winner for anyone new
to fountain pens: never fussy, lots of nice ink colors available in the
cartridges, and all-around friendly to use!

I bought this pen to try out the flexible nib, to see if it would partially
replicate a dip pen art nib. It really doesn't add much to the performance
unless you push very hard: doing this regularly, I would worry about it staying
bent, based on one review of this same pen in blue. I find the "A" nib to be
extremely wide, though I prefer Japanese sizing to German. I think that there
are better super-budget-priced fountain pens available: the Pilot Penmanship is
one I prefer that also has a three-sided handpiece. Also, I don't find that the
left-hand / right-hand distinction has much effect.

This is a great little pen! It writes incredibly smoothly and has a bold line.
The grip is comfortable and the cap is secure. I use this pen for taking notes
in class and it's quite the workhorse.
For the price and build of the pen, I don't have to worry about it breaking or
getting fiddly in the middle of a lecture.
Great buy!

I bought this pen over a year ago for my left-handed 7yo, and it's still going
strong. He finds it comfortable and easy to write with. However, it would be
nice if it didn't set down such a broad, wet line. It lends itself to smearing,
and one must write fairly large to be legible.

I use this pen everyday and it works wonderfully. I even bought one for my 14
year old son to use for school. I would recommend this to anyone that loves to
write with a fountain pen. Recommend buying extra replacement cartridges if you
do a lot of writing since you will go through a lot of ink. The long ink
cartridges work best.

I have only one negative about this pen - the top cracks over time. It splits
from the inside out when you place it on the back of the pen (as you write, for
example).
It writes beautifully, but I've had to have 2 replaced due to the cracking top.

Pelikan P68L Pelikano Junior Fountain Pen - Left-Handed Nib - Blue Body
Okay, I purchased this pen a little over a month ago mainly for aesthetic
reasons but also because I am left-handed. I thought the left-handed nib was
supposed to be easier to write with, but it was not for me. Don't know if this
was the particular way that I hold my pen or not, but the ink just would not
flow sometimes which pretty much ruins the writing experience.
Also the durability of this pen was suspect at best. The cap is made of hard
plastic and doesn't withstand much. Mine is already split on the side and it is
just over a month. Another thing that you should know is that the ink refills
are about half the size of the one that comes with the pen. I'm not an
experienced fountain user so maybe this is not so unusual, but I was a little
disappointed when I saw it. Plus the original cartridge didn't last me to
lectures worth of notes. All in all, not a very good purchase on my part, but
the wife likes it so I'll give it to her.
