This pacer is really good- the quality of the body is very good, and it's actually really comfortable despite having no grip. (And no weird dirt can collect on the grip.)

Read all the reviews for this product before buying- the aroma cannot possibly stay in the barrel for a long time. (Does perfume last on your clothes for even a few days?) Having the aroma in the actual lead would probably weaken the lead, and then the smell on the paper would go away quickly anyway.

I cannot belive they discontinued the other colors of this pencil. I got 2 or three of each color and countless packs of the leads. This pencil is the best one I have ever written with. The lead is very strong and it is easy to make fine details with it. For those of you who say the pencil doesn't smell like anything, you have to lift off the cap to smell it, then it is very strong. It does not include a grip (though it never said it does) but there is a spiral pattern embedded in the plastic which feels better on your hands then a regular wooden pencil. The lead that comes inside this pencil is not scented so I reccomend spluging on the $3 lead in this scent that will last you at least 9 weeks of school.

It's neither winterfresh nor mint. The scent is menthol/eucalyptus, it's the Vicks mentholatum scent. This is disappointing for me since I am a huge fan of mint.

I haven't bought this pencil yet, but i want to. One question though; according to all the comments below, does this pencil smell too? Or it's just the lead?

I have to agree with the previous reveiwer... this is the best pencil i have ever used. i love the side "click" feature that allows me to advance the lead with convenient and quick ease. The sleek clip is strong and covers the eraser, which is a great feature to avoid dirtying the inside of your pencil case. There is one thing that I noticed however, the pencil looks slightly thinner on the compute than in real life, which is ok for me since i have plenty of room in my pencil case. Also, the thicker barrel can hold a greater amount of lead the normal mechanical pencils. All in all this is an excellent product and I would recommend it to everyone.
