This is straight up my favorite waterbrush. I like the compact size, it's easy to squeeze out more water as needed, but it doesn't leak. It's comfortable in my hand (though I do have small hands - it's pretty short). I need to order another soon, as I am wearing the brush out!

I do wish it came with a plug like the Koi waterbrush, so I can transport it filled in two pieces, to take up less space, but that's my only complaint.

What's to say? I assume everyone has at least one of these and probably have more. The uses are endless, not just for water but for inks that one might not use and expensive brush with. I've also gotten expressive lines dipping into masking fluids. They are priced well so that destroying one isn't the end of the world and much easier to clean than a natural brush head is. The size makes it an EDC, fitting into most compact kits.

The Pentel Brushes are the easiest to fill- Just un- screw the body and hold under water. A same as the Fine brush above. I use it to blend water color pencils along with some of my water color- Makes it easy for travel.

A great little travel brush for watercolor. My son and I both use this brush quite a lot as it's a great all-around pen. However, it is a medium point brush, so you won't be able to go in and make super fine details. But it's a great size that you can just throw in a pencil case and bring with you when you travel, and great for laying down color washes in the pocket size watercolor Moleskine books.

Purchased this as a gift for a friend who is a watercolor painter, as part of a portable painting kit that also included Akashiya Sai watercolor brush pens. It was great to see her light up when she opened it!
