This is a great lead holder! You can modify this easily to be a revolving pencil set. Take a lead out and measure it, then cut your lead to size. Using a color coding system where the colder the color the softer the lead I now have a lead holder that carries everything from 4B to 6H! Shame there are two photo copier colors. I have no clue how to work those in on the color scheme. If they made a sepia lead I'd use that in place of one.

I have the multicolor version that I use as a highlighter for textbooks, Bible, and other miscellaneous books. Also I use the multi 8 lead holder to sketch in different colors.

I have had two these for 10 years. Clear body and so you can see the leads. This instrument is worth every dollar you pay for it. As a MFG Eng I color to communicate. Absolutely a great tool and fun too.

This is such an amazing product. Once you get the hang of using it, it will become one of your favorite writing utensils. The pencil is still a normal (medium) width even though you can store up to eight leads in it. It takes any kind of 2 mm lead also. I use this pencil mainly for adding color to illustrations, but you can use it for so many other purposes also!

There is no way to take the pencil apart- so be careful and make sure you only use this pencil correctly, or you WILL BREAK IT. Only change the lead after you put the one you used before back into the top of the pencil. Do not let careless people play with your pencil.

Overall, this pencil is wonderful for anyone who wants more in a smaller package (say you have a small pencil case). Also, this pencil does come with 8 different leads.

This pen is great. But, this price from JetPens stinks. I have bought these for years, and this version is just a souped up version of the lead holder but you can get it for lower on other sites.

The lead works great on thin paper as a highlighter. I use it mainly for scripture marking.

I purchased this multi pen for highlighting and/or marking anything for uni and also because it's awesome! I have changed some of the colours as I do not need the non-copy colours and also brown is not the most attractive highlighting colour. overall I am absolutely stoked with my purchase! would highly recommend!
