Perfect for beginners to brush pens.
The extra fine size is perfect for people who do not know how to fully control brush pens.
The size of the lines do not vary as much as other the bigger sizes.
It's really fun sketching with this brush pen.
Makes sure to give the brush pen a few light squeezes to get it going. Just enough to fill the chamber a bit above the tip with some ink!

It's a bit dry at first, but it gets better after using for a bit. Be careful when squeezing for ink, though, the ink may bubble a bit at the seam of the pen. I haven't tried refilling it yet, so no advice there.

I love this pen. The writing and art I am able to produce with it is beyond words for me. It is easy to work with and creates beautiful strokes. I carry it on my persons at all times. It extra fine weight is a great balance to the medium weight. I highly recommend this pen to anyone wanting to explore brush pen work.

Wow. I am hooked. Heard about these from a few sources that had nothing but good things to say about them. So I finally gave in and picked one up. Always avoided brushes when it came to inks because I like the control of dip pens and Microns. These are wonderful though, for filling in large areas and even precise enough for smaller linework. They also work very well with watercolor, which I was pleased to find. The black ink is rich and goes down remarkably smooth. They make a perfect companion to my other ink tools.
