Same great Pentel Sharp mechanism with a little bit of a twist in the barrel color. The advancing mechanism was a little stiff when I first got it but it has loosened up. Excellent pocket carry, very light compared to many other drafting pencils (due to plastic barrel). Not much else to say. Get it if you like the Pentel Sharp 0.5, but want a different color.
