Pentel Slicci Gel Ink Pen - 0.4 mm - 15 Color Set

Slicci pens are great. The ink is so fantastic--thin yet crisp--and the ink flow is great. Sometimes, the ink will get clogged a little bit, but if you scribble with the pen for a bit more, it will be fine. I recommend this pen, and especially this thickness. Anything less than 0.4 will be a little too thin for me. 0.4 has a perfect balance of thinness and crispness. Also, the barrel is kind of small/thin, so make sure you are okay with thinner pens before you buy it. For me, it was fine, but I did notice my hand being a bit sore after prolonged use.

They are great pens for small hands. I do find them a bit uncomfortable to hold as I prefer a bit thicker of a barrel. Overall the color and flow is very smooth. My favorite is the Frixion but these would be my second choice when I need a pen change.
