Pentel Slicci Gel Ink Pen - 0.4 mm - Black Ink

I've got to say, this is a great pen. Consistent, dark lines are really this pen's strong point. The only problem with it is the pen's overall size - it's really small! With a barrel smaller in diameter than that of a AAA battery, and the lack of a rubber grip make this pen hard, and even sometimes difficult to use during long periods of time.

Writes great, but a little small and no grip. Even thought .4 is a little too thick for my taste, it's still a great pen for anyone who likes a .4 line. Great pen

I purchased this pen in different colors. I found the ink to be very inconsistent. For example, when I first received these pens, the ink wouldn't flow. Even scribbling with it wouldn't work. Depending on the angle I could get the pen to write. It was really frustrating. It is also very scratchy. I suppose this is the price of 0.4mm right?

This pen is a lot skinnier than I anticipated it would be, which would probably make it tiring to write with if you write for long periods of time.

One thing I love about this pen is that its very inky and stable, as compared to the Hi-Tec-C which feels like if you pressed too hard you would break the tip.

The ink is solid black and very inky, but doesn't smear as a lot of other gel pens this inky do.

I bought this pen and I like it. But I'm confused whether it is refillable. I bought the 0.4 sliccies refill ink thinking it was for this pen, but apparently it isn't because it doesnt fit right... Now I've got a refill ink that I don't have a pen to put into.
