The Slicci is a beautiful new line of gel pens from Pentel. Created to compete against Pilot's popular Hi-Tec-C line, the Slicci pen features comparable widths (0.25 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.7 mm) and colors. However, the tip is much sturdier than the Hi-Tec-C's point, thus resisting breakage or damage. Try a Slicci today!

The Slicci is a special pen -- great writer. I have one in almost every shirt and jacket pocket. I like the width even though the ink cartridge holds less than most cartridges. That's a small price to pay for size and dependability.

If you can handle the thin barrel, then this pen is a 5-star pen.

The pen writes flawlessly -- it is really nice. However, for me the barrel is way too thin to make it a comfortable pen to write with.

Definitely one to try out to see if you like it.

Great pen. Like others, I think it writes very well. However, the ink reservoir is tiny. These things run out of ink super quick in the 0.7mm tip size. Also, the cap does not positively engage the end of the barrel when posted; it is merely friction fit. If you like the needle tip, I think the Pilot Hi-Tec C is a better pen at this price point.

The barrel is way too thin for my taste and I don't like the feel of the needle-like tip. Also, the ink is not waterproof.

The color is great. it writes with control and very very smoothly. only downside is that the barrel is small. writing for short periods, this pen is great. writing for long periods (taking notes) requires taking breaks often =/

i bought both the .4mm and 7mm. the .4mm is the most smoothest _5mm pen i've tested. it writes sooo smoothly and doesnt scratch at all.
