These refills are a big...
These refills are a big disappointment (Carrot Orange and Milk Blue). Especially after using the original Slicci 0.3.
I was expecting the same performance.
First, these refills are different than the ones found in the original Slicci barrel. The nib is shorter, smaller, and maybe even thinner. The tube itself is very skinny, not storing much ink. (These will not fit in the original Slicci barrel, in case you're wondering.)
On to performance. The ink flow is terrible. It gives out on almost every word. The pen needs to be held too perpendicular to get a consistent flow. Too uncomfortable for most, and even then, it sputters. I found myself augmenting my writing just to get it to stop skipping (severe angle, slowing down, writing smaller).
It puts down the same width of the original Slicci, but it is much more scratchy.
I love the idea of the customizable multi and these great colors, but these refills are terrible compared with the original Slicci.

Terrible! I was pretty...
I was pretty happy with the 0.5mm Sliccies refills in my Dr. Grip 4+1, so I decided to give the thinner 0.3mm ones a try. Big mistake!
The writing feel was very rough and scratchy, nothing like the smooth feel of the 0.5mm refills. The quality control on these was also quite bad. Half of the 10+ refills I ordered had dried out after only a few weeks, and would barely write anymore.
I switched to Uni Style Fit refills in 0.38mm and they are a big improvement over the Pentel Sliccies refills.
Don't make the same mistake I did and toss $25 down the drain on a bunch of these Sliccies refills.
