I use this pen every day, no joke. The ink is smooth and flows very well. I
looks cool also. I've had my pen for almost 9 months now and it still has ink
left. It's light and all of my friends love to borrow it. I recommend it to
EVERYONE!

My purchases: I bought..., May 24, 2012
My purchases: I bought B2P in colors black and blue.
In dim-lighting, the identical barrel coloration and design of each pen make the
pens very difficult to differentiate. I think the only noticeable ink indicators
are only visible under brighter light: the lighter blue ink of the blue pen, the
pen clicker colors, and the written color indicators on the pen labels. I have
found it too easy to accidentally presume the dark-blue barrel of the black pen
indicates blue ink, or vice versa, since the barrels are the exact same in
dark-blue plastic coloring. I think this is a minor, or maybe major, problem,
with implications for many specific writing needs and particular environment
conditions; and due to it, I have limited my use of B2P pens for informal,
casual, non-professional use only.
My issues with the B2P identical barrel coloration aside, for such a reasonable
price, and very cool concept, buying several B2P pens seemed like a great idea,
and I would buy more again. The pen cost is inexpensive for the higher quality
of pens I believe I have with my B2Ps compared to even cheaper alternatives. So,
considering the low-cost alone, and noble cause to bring awareness to
environmental implications, overall I think the B2Ps are better than OK. The ink
performance is good, and up to the standard of quality I have gratefully
experienced from all Pilot pens. In the future though, I would consider buying
or using only one of the three colors of B2P ink options available... I hope
this information is helpful to you!
