After a few months of minimal use the spring stopped working, so no lead stays
out of the pencil, making it unusable.

I really love this pencil. The lead is a super vibrant pink and very easy to
read on white paper. I color code my notes at school and it is awesome to have
colored pencils I don't have to sharpen constantly and that erase cleanly. my
only issue with them is that there is a little plastic lid covering the eraser,
which I have to constantly remove and replace. I figure I'll lose all of the
little lids eventually and it won't be an issue.

This mechanical pencil produces nice pastel pink color for drawing. It comes
with 2 pink leads within the body. Filling it with 0.7mm width 2B or HB black
leads and it turns into a school work pencil.

July 25, 2009
I need to have a pencil in my fabric pencil case but in the past a pencil always
either stains (esp a wooden one) or pokes and tears (a mechanical one) but this
baby solves the problem: the head is fully retractable! So I bought a pink one
to match my newly bought Kokuyo Capara in dark blue whose handles are lined in
pink. When the lead that comes with it are finished I will just use 2B black
lead so it becomes a regular work pencil.

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Soft Blue Body - Soft Blue Lead
I AM ADDICTED TO THIS PENCIL (ESPECIALLY THE LEAD)! The pencil has a nice grip
and feel to my hand and it's really great, the color. I used to think I would
not like blue pencil because it's color never appealed to me. (I usually like
dark black pencil lead or glossy black ink.) When I used this pencil though, the
softness of the lead (you can press hard, but the lead WILL break if you do),
the color (beautiful and soft light sky blue), and the effect it has on my
drawings (I think they look better in this lead color than regular 2B lead.)
It's worth the price. (There are two leads in the pencil.)

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Violet Body - Violet Lead
I really love this pencil. Like really really love this pencil. The lead is a
super vibrant purple and very easy to read on white paper. I color code my notes
at school and it is awesome to have colored pencils I don't have to sharpen
constantly and that erase cleanly. my only issue with them is that there is a
little plastic lid covering the eraser, which I have to constantly remove and
replace. I figure I'll lose all of the little lids eventually and it won't be an
issue... I use this one so often I've already ordered extra purple lead for it.
I've gone from using regular mechanical pencils to write all my notes to doing
them mostly in purple and adding the other Pilot Color Eno pencils in for
colorcoding. This is by far my favorite pencil. The color is great and the grip
is perfect!

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Blue Body - Blue Lead
Bought for my wife who is a non-CPA Accountant. Here is her review after using
the Pencil for a month or so: "I would say good. Writes smooth and interesting
to have a colored pencil. The only complaint I have with it is that you have to
write more upright than at a slant. Lead breaks rather quickly if slanted, but
not so when up right."

Ah... this pencil is just wonderful. I have a whole bunch in green, pink, and
blue for sketching. The colors are bold and bright (just like the picture they
posted above) - and because they are not graphite-colored, you can very easily
lineart or ink your work over it. It writes very smooth, while giving you the
crisp controlled lines you look for in a mechanical pencil. Amazing product, and
they last.

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Blue Body - Blue Lead
Not typically a colored pencil user, however, I was very surprised and pleased
with this one. It gives good color whether coloring in an area or regular
handwriting. I did not experience any skipping that can happen with colored
pencils. The eraser is not that great, but that is to be expected. Most
mechanical pencil erasers are dismal and I don't really use them unless I don't
have a hand held eraser handy. That being said, I thought this eraser worked
pretty well at erasing all the color from the page. Application wise, I think
these would work well for taking notes and using them to designate important
information with color coding. They do color areas in well, but like most
mechanical pencils you have to use a soft hand lest the lead breaks. I wouldn't
use them to color large projects although I think it would do so beautifully. I
just don't think it would be practical due to the price of the leads and the
need to have to replace the lead frequently depending on how large of an area
needing color. These is a great pencil. I certainly hope that Pilot ultimately
adds more colors to this line.

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Green Body - Green Lead
The color of this pencil is much lighter than I expected, but exactly what I've
been looking for. It's very convenient not to have to sharpen it as you would
have to do with a wooden pencil, and it's infinitely cooler and better looking.
As soon as I get my debit card, I'm going to order all of the other colors
available.

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Green Body - Green Lead
I really like this set of mechanical colored pencils. This green color is a
vibrant kelly green and very easy to see. I color-code my notes at school and it
is fantastic to have colored pencils I don't have to constantly sharpen and that
erase completely when I make a mistake. My only complaint (which isn't very big)
is that there is a plastic cap covering the eraser and I have to constantly
remove it to erase my mistakes. I'm fairly certain that I will lose the little
cap fairly quickly and it will no longer be an issue.

I love these pencils. I got the yellow one and the lead is great. The color is
very vibrant and pretty transparent because it's yellow after all it's hard to
see anyway. But I just love the mechanical pencil itself. I just bought it to
use as a regular mechanical pencil and works like magic! I love this pencil! :)

I love this Pencil. It is great for Sketching, and making and outline for a
drawing. Although, don't draw to hard if you plan on erasing it. I have many
drawings in my sketch book that you can still see the the blue. I highly
recommend this Pencil for anyone who is an artist, or a doodler, because I just
bought another 10 packs of 6 leads, and even went to a Red One. :D
Great pencil.

I really love this pencil. The lead is a super vibrant aqua blue and very easy

my only issue with them is that there is a little plastic lid covering the

fun and easy to read. Of all the colors in the Pilot Color Eno line, this one is
my second favorite.

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Orange Body - Orange Lead
I love the Pilot Color Eno line of pencils, but so far the orange is my least
favorite. mainly because the lead is fairly light and not as easy to read as the
other pencils in the line. I also don't like the lid covering the eraser.

I love that the lead is erasable (usually coloured pencils are almost impossible
to rub off) but all the pencils in this range have soft lead for both writing
and drawing that is easy to erase if you've made a mistake. LOVE it.

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Soft Blue Body - Soft Blue Lead
These are excellent mechanical pencils for those on a budget. I have quite a few
of the Soft Blue as it is the perfect shade to act as a non repro/photo blue for
animation and comics (and is now non exsistant in the UK unless you import). I
plan to grab the Red next as that is easier to see when drawing all those
frames! They are quite durable though I don't have a heavy hand, but many that
do will be pleased that the leads won't break easily.
Pilot are correct in that they erase VERY WELL, and with any eraser at all. As
long you're not too heavy on the pressure with the pencil, you won't even see
anything when you erase it (as in a dent in the paper)!

I bought this pencil before the blue one cause it was sold out =\ but I bought
it soon after it was back in stock. Anyways, I'm gonna say the same for the Blue
pencil, this is a great product, good for the money if your planning to stay on
a budget, and it will not break as easily. For those who plan on saving money
and find a pencil thats not so dull or boring as a gray one, then I would
recommend this one (or the Blue one)! A must-buy!

Pilot Color Eno Mechanical Pencil - 0.7 mm - Yellow Body - Yellow Lead
Regarding the yellow lead:
This is far the lightest one of the Color Eno Series. I've read many times about
the yellow ones being too hard. But mine are fine. Smooth to write/draw with.
Just keep in mind that these are no Graphite leads. They break easily if treated
too hard.
