This multi pen combines the legendary comfort and quality of Pilot's Dr. Grip line with its low-viscosity Acro ink, which combines the smoothness and vibrancy of a gel pen with the water resistance and fast drying time of a ballpoint. A blend of ink and lubricants ensures that the ball at the pen tip rotates smoothly, creating a gliding, no-skip writing experience. The pen's wide body and comfortable rubber grip are designed to provide a tireless writing experience. The barrel has an attractive, high-quality metallic finish and a pearly white grip. This multi pen conveniently features black, blue, green, and red inks, plus a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. A refillable eraser is discretely located under the cap.

This is the perfect pen for a nurse. I utilize the colors for specific things during my day and love that I do not have to carry around a pencil because it had one built in. The only thing that would make this positively perfect would be if it was a light for night shift. Great pen. Definitely my favorite.

I've been using my new Multi Pen in Silver and I can't stop showing it off at the office. It has all the colors I use for notes, checking off items and writing in pencil. I recommend it for those who like color coding notes and hate having to use different pens. This pen is very comfortable to use and the tips for the pen/pencil are great for writing in small places. 100% recommend it. I would only like for the rubber base where you hold it to be softer, but overall it's great. Thanks JetPens

How do you refill the pencil? I'm thinking about getting this... but I'm not sure.
