This is my favorite pen. The ink doesn't skip, it writes smoothly and neatly, and it starts writing right when you put its tip to the paper. Almost every other pen I've used (besides the Pentel R.S.V.P. pens) requires you to scribble on some scrap paper before writing in order to get the ink flowing. Not this pen!

best pen i ever owned

i have this one in only 4 colors that are offered right now. it does change color a bit, makes the day more interesting at work. very nice to write with.

These pens are great. I have all four of them and in my Dr. Grip collection I have a total of 13 in different styles and colors. I write alot in patient charts while at work and these make the job alot easier, they also coordinate beautifully with my scrubs, LOL! Bottom line you can't go wrong, they are very smooth to write with and the ink is very dark almost like a roller ball. Enjoy.

I have ordered every one of these pens in every color that JetPens offers but this one is worthy of a review. Not because it writes any differently than the others they all write amazingly, but the color, which you cannot see on the web. Of all of these pens this was the last one that I ordered because I wasn't even sure I liked the color as it appeared on my laptop. Then I just went ahead and got it because I am a pen freak and now it's my favorite. The color is that old school carnation, your mothers pink seventies nail polish color. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!! I would have wanted to know so just thought I'd pass this info along, enjoy. :)

These are by far one of the best pens for your money. I already own 4 of these. I wish it came in 0.5mm. Fine tips are usually better.

This is a fantastic pen! I like it much better than the Pilot Dr. Grip Full Black Dual Layer Grip Ballpoint Pen. Which is also about $5 more. I think I'll buy all of the colors in skytime set.

This is one of my favorite pens. The grip in this Dr. Grip is better than any Dr. Grip I own. It is almost like holding a little cloud. :3 The pen barrel is a beautiful pink, and the ribbed design on the grip looks cool. The ink is better then Jetstream(in my opinion.) It's really smooth and a dark black, but the ink doesn't make the pen slide across the page(like a Jetstream does.) I also like how you can customize the barrel.

overall a very great pen! writes smooth, feels good in the hand, & i love the blue ink color (i bought refill). i never use wide barrel pens, but i had no complaints on this one. very comfy. problems...the barrel is a lint catcher. can't keep that sucker clean. the most irritating thing to me is the lack of a clip! i totally missed this in the picture! i assume nurses & doctors loop them through a lanyard, but come on, i need a clip! it looks so absurd without one! i put a little cherry charm on it to try to balance it out, but i'm still disappointed. the bottom of the pen is wide & the top is so much smaller without that clip. really bums me out. oh...the pen is a midnight blue. looks black in picture.

i too have bought every color these come in. the sunset red is my favorite. i only wish pilot would have more green pens since thats my favorite color i could not believe these were only the price they are. are more comfy than the highest price ones. you have to get these.

Great grip on this pen, and it glides nicely on paper. It's great for my hand too, since I grip my pen(cil)s tightly.

I usually don't like wide body barrel pens but this pen is just the BOMB DIGGITY! The grip feels great and the pen point is perfect for my handwriting style.
