Love the color of this pen, it's a rich deep brown but not too black. It's enjoyable to write with. The erasing is not 100% but plenty good enough. Also, I wish I could have gotten a finer point. It's just a bit wide for my tastes but that doesn't greatly diminish the fun of writing with this. I also purchased the blue black and the pink and am very happy with them all.

It was love-at-first-write with this pen. The colour and smoothness of the ink are wonderful and it feels very comfortable in the hand. This will now be my main pen for note taking.

This color is excellent for retaining facts - use it for underlining in books and writing in my planner. These erase better than any friction pen in my opinion.
