DescriptionSpecifications
These amazing FriXion Light highlighters are erasable! While highlighting textbooks and notes, sometimes you might accidentally highlight the wrong word, or you might over-highlight a chapter and want to un-highlight certain sections. If you're using the FriXion Light highlighters, that's no problem, because you can erase your highlighting! Simply use the rubber "eraser" tip at the top of the highlighter. The ink disappears cleanly, and there are no eraser shavings.

The highlighters are eco-friendly too, made of 87% recycled materials.

FriXion ink is a thermosensitive ink that can be erased by rubbing. Interestingly, erased ink reappears at temperatures below 14° F (-10° C). A freezer is cold enough to make this happen. Due to the thermosensitive nature of FriXion ink, we advise against using it for mailings, or leaving the written materials in hot cars or in environments that expose them to a lot of friction.

I have purchased 3 or 4 EACH of these highlighters in pink and green, as well as every other highlighter color in the set. For some reason, every single pink and green ones goes dry very quickly. I use orange the most, so it's not because I use pink and green more. It's weird, cuz it's consistently been the pink and green ones out of 3 or 4 tries.

Has anyone else run into this?

I was disappointed in this highlighter. I bought the pink and found the color darker than I'd hoped for but what was really disappointing was that it wasn't very erasable. If I tried erasing it the text I was highlighting seemed to smudge into the color and what was left was a mess. Also, the tip felt scratchy as it moved across the paper and did not lay down a consistent line.

They are indeed really fun. But when it says don't leave in a hot car, it really, really means it. Unless you want your journal writing (or whatever) to completely disappear. I'll have to try sticking it in the freezer though.

I bought the pink highlighter individually and the color is really vibrant. They erase well from printed type, but smear with pen or pencil-written words. This is ok for me because I color code my notes with colored pencils. I recommend these to any college or highschool student who likes to highlight their textbooks but also want to sell them back at the end of the semester...

I bought one orange highlighter and it tested out very well.

It erased COMPLETELY from printed text. It had some trouble erasing from things that I had written by hand with ballpoint.

Since I don't ever highlight my own handwriting, I think that these will work well for me and am back today to order 4 more colors.
