I LOVE these pens. I always recommend them to my friends. The only problem is
that they run out of ink quickly.

I've only used the Pilot G-2 0.38mm version in black. It's a great extra fine
point pen. I use it as an everyday pen. I'm glad that they are now making them
in at least four colors.

I have been a dedicated Pilot user for years, and have mainly used the 0.5mm
line (but have also used the 0.7mm pens for special colors, etc.) until I tried
the 0.38mm...now I am sold! The ink is quick to dry, doesn't smear, and allows
me to get full advantage of my naturally small handwriting (e.g., in my
Moleskine planner, etc.). There's a reason the G2 line is the best-selling...

The Pilot G2 is an awesome pen, it writes smoothly, the ink doesn't smear, and
it's comfortable writing with it. It's one of the best pens I have ever used.

This review is from Pilot G-2 Gel Ink Pen - 0.38 mm - Blue
This pen writes very well but stops working very quickly if it is used on low
quality paper (because of the tiny wood chips in paper which get stuck between
the ball). This problem is solved it you get a paper towel and dip it in alcohol
and roll the ball. It writes like nothing did before but the problem is very,
very annoying.
