Precision: Not good as 0.38 mm, Okay as 0.5 mm

Grip feeling: Comfortable secure feeling.

Overall impression: I recommend this pen.

Con:
1. the pen nonslip cushion is solid one although it doesn't bother me significantly
2. The penpoint is not very precise as 0.38mm. It feel like 0.5mm compared to others.

Pro:
1. Comfortable secure grip feeling. (at least for a male adult)
2. If I put enough force on it while I'm writing, the penpoint give me a pleasant scratchy feeling and sound.

This is a nice little pen.

I would perfer it in a .28 like its cousin, but it is a nice little pen.
