The color is such a bright..., September 21, 2010
The color is such a bright neon that you should only use this pen for drawing
leaves or coloring, not writing. Even at 0.4 mm width, the ink is difficult to
read. I tried writing over the words a couple times, and it's still pretty hard
to read. If you want a pretty green color that IS readable, go for the Hi-Tec-C
"Apple Green" color (it's a grass green/apple green color). That was how I
imagined this pen to be before I got the Muscat pen and started writing with
it.
While the Soda Blue and Grape colors are washed out in the Cutie Colors series,
and the Mango and Strawberry amazingly bright, this Muscat has become a
highlighter. In fact, if you got this pen, you should go ahead and use it to
highlight text, because you won't be able to see it unless it's in a thick block
of color.

Tried this again, and..., March 24, 2010
Tried this again, and found that it works if you write something twice. For this
color, definitely go for the 0.5.

A cute color, in abstract...., January 12, 2010
A cute color, in abstract. But on paper, you can't even see it! :( I want to
like it, but I can't even read it.

on my monitor the photo..., November 3, 2008
on my monitor the photo of the line drawn by the 0.4 mm muscat is true to what i
see. and even what jetpens shows, its not that easy to see.
but i have to agree that it comes off as thiner than a 0.4 because it is so
light and does not show very well on white paper. in contrast the strawberry 0.3
mm looks positively black next to the muscat.
i think the muscat color is REALLY cute, but its probably best to avoid this
particular color. either that or buy it in the 0.5. and def do not get it in
smaller than 0.4...
i _might_ buy this in the 0.5 and report later. just because i think the muscat
green is so damn cheerful...

The color in the picture..., August 14, 2008
The color in the picture is quite deceiving. In reality the color is much
brighter and more of a neon color which makes it hard to read and take notes
with.
