It's actually much more green in person. I've had trouble with it fading in and out but it seems to depend on the way I'm holding the pen.

That said - this color is just about the same as a Marvy Oriental Blue fineliner and there is another G2 with the same shade, although I don't know the name of it. So if the price is a turnoff, there are some alternatives that work just as well.

Excellent, unusual color (one of my favorites). Not fond of the grip--a general comment on the line--but I'll add a point back for the terrific color. I'd like to give it a top rating, but I'm taking another point off for significant problems with fadeout. Maybe I got a bad individual specimen, bit the problem doesn't speak well for quality control, as I've had the same trouble with several 0.3 mm and a few 0.4 mm pens.

Wonderful line. I was worried that it would be too thick, as I usually stick with .38 or smaller, but the line with this pen is super thin and crisp. The color is to die for as well. I absolutely love the shade of blue. It is cheery and tranquil at the same time.
