What are Hi-Tec C pens?

Pilot Hi-Tec C pens are special pens that are currently very popular in Japan. They are highly sought after in the US, but are very difficult to find in stores.

The fine tipped point of Pilot Hi-Tec C pens allow you to write with incredible precision. Moreover the ink is chemically formulated so that it will not bleed after it dries.

Hi-Tec C fans immediately recognize the brilliant design of these pens. They are available in .25mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and 0.5mm sizes and in a variety of colors.

I REALLY want to like this pen. I WOULD like the color if it didn't keep skipping out on me!

The color is this really pretty lavender color, not at all like royal purple or anything if that's what you're expecting.

The thing is, it's SO hard to write with. I have other colors of the 0.3mm Hi-Tec-C and they all write fine but I'm sure I just ended up with a faulty one. :'( I would send it back to Jetpens but I already used it... I guess I will have to deal until I make another order here with free shipping. :<

Like the color of the Uni-ball Signa DX in purple better, but this tip is the best.

LOVE THIS PEN! I'm always looking for color pens with great ink flow with ink cartridges that actually last. I use this pen regularly and have yet to run into any problems

A very fine pen to write with. A pleasure to use. Good quality ink and so far no troubles with the tip.

I got this pen from a japanese stationery store in my city. I use it occasionally, and I really like the feel and look of both the pen and the writing. The 'grip' is a few horizontal lines across the barrel to keep your hand from slipping, which is useful for when your hand gets sweaty after writing for a while. My only complaint is that sometimes it skips sometimes(like the first review said). It's not a bad fault, I guess, as you could always write over the skip, but it's a little annoying. Other than that, it's thin and smooth, and adds variety to my pencil case(and since the pen itself is somewhat small, it fits great in there too!).
