Like the previous reviewer...
Like the previous reviewer I am very tempted to give this a 5-star review.
This pen writes so smoothly and with a perfect fine line but without any scratchiness at all. The color is a nice bold red as well. And, unlike it's Hi-Tec-C cousins this one has a comfortable barrel and doesn't suffer from the cheap feel of the thin plastic barrel. However, the point loss comes from where the grip and the barrel meet: there is a ridge where the grip and barrel meet and it just so happens to lie where my fingers naturally grip the pen. It's not a deal-breaker but it can be a little uncomfortable when you're writing for awhile.
Overall I hope Pilot keeps this line around since it's a really nice step up from their standard issue Hi-Tec-C.

I absolutely adore this...
I absolutely adore this pen! I've only had it about a week but I can't stop using it. It's got a nice fine tip, writes with a clean-but-expressive line, and is a fantastic vibrant red color. I'm also really enamored with the design of the pen itself - it feels quite elegant for a disposable. I do find myself on the fence between giving this a 4 or 5 star rating as I've found that the ink tends to smear on certain papers. It is only some of the papers I've tried it on though, so your mileage may vary on that point.
